3. WhatsApp Communications
Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. By messaging us on WhatsApp or providing your phone number to place an order, you consent to receive order-related messages from us via WhatsApp, including:

- Delivery status updates and estimated arrival times

- Reminders for scheduled deliveries
- Service announcements
You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly. You will continue to receive transactional messages related to active orders.

Delivery drivers: Your name, address, and order details are shared with our delivery team to fulfill your order.
Service providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Clerk (authentication), Convex (database), and Resend (email). These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Meta / WhatsApp: When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our service and comply with legal obligations:
- Active customer records are retained for the duration of your relationship with us.
- Order history is retained for a minimum of five (5) years for business and tax record purposes.
- WhatsApp conversation logs are retained within our platform for up to two (2) years.
