Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BELaVIDA Purified Water's water delivery service, website, and applications. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with BELaVIDA Purified Water, messaging us on WhatsApp, using our website, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Service Description

BELaVIDA Purified Water provides 5-gallon purified drinking water delivery to residential and commercial customers in Belize. Our service includes:

  • Delivery of purified water in 5-gallon reusable bottles
  • Scheduled and on-demand delivery options
  • Pickup of empty bottles at time of delivery
  • Order management via WhatsApp, our web application, or by phone

3. Ordering and Delivery

Placing orders: Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, our customer web application, or by calling us directly. Orders are subject to confirmation by our team.

Delivery area: We currently deliver within service areas in Belize. Contact us to confirm delivery availability at your address.

Delivery scheduling: We will confirm a delivery date at the time of order. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, though we will notify you when a driver is on the way.

Failed deliveries: If no one is available to receive a delivery, we will attempt to contact you. A re-delivery fee may apply for additional delivery attempts.

Order modifications and cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone at least two (2) hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this window may incur a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Current pricing is listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Pricing confirmed at the time of your order applies to that order.

Payment: Payment is due at time of delivery unless a commercial account with alternative terms has been established. We currently accept cash on delivery.

Commercial accounts: Businesses with established accounts may be invoiced on agreed payment terms. Invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of delivery service.

Price changes: We will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes.

5. Bottles and Equipment

All 5-gallon bottles remain the property of BELaVIDA Purified Water. By receiving our bottles, you agree to:

  • Use the bottles only for receiving our water delivery service
  • Return empty bottles promptly at the time of each delivery
  • Keep bottles in reasonable condition and free from contamination
  • Not use, fill, or lend bottles for any other purpose

You are responsible for bottles in your possession. Unreturned, lost, or damaged bottles may result in a replacement charge.

6. Water Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality purified water and maintain quality standards through our purification and testing processes. However, once a bottle leaves our possession and is opened or improperly stored by the customer, we cannot guarantee its continued purity.

If you believe there is a quality issue with a delivered product, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

7. Recurring Orders

Customers may set up recurring delivery schedules. Recurring orders will continue on the agreed schedule until you notify us to pause or cancel.

To modify or cancel a recurring order, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone with at least two (2) business days' notice before the next scheduled delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road conditions, or supply disruptions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. WhatsApp Communications

By providing your phone number and communicating with us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive order-related messages from us through that channel. Our use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

We will not use your WhatsApp number for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. You may opt out of non-transactional messages at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
